Okehampton eased through the gears as they beat Tavistock 38-17 at Sandy Park to move up to 3rd in Western Counties (West). A number of enforced changes led to the visitors fielding an even more youthful side than normal but they rose to the challenge with aplomb as a decent Tavistock side was convincingly put to the sword. The Colts were defeated at home by Exeter Chiefs 13-0 and the 3rd team game was postponed as OPMs were unable to raise a side.
