Who we are:

The Frontiersmen Camping Fellowship is an auxiliary of Royal Rangers.

Royal Rangers exists to "evangelize, equip, and empower the next generation of Christlike men and lifelong servant leaders." This is our passion!

Mentoring future men with God's Word as our guide is our aim.

We as Royal Rangers and members of FCF use pre-1840 American History as a tool to accomplish this mission.

2012 CAMPORAMA

Plans are well underway for the 2012 Camporama. At our LEAD conference, we will review information pertaining to this great event (including how and when to register) that will coincide with our 50th anniversary. We will be mailing promotional material that will include (1) a Camporama poster, (2) a Camporama brochure, (3) a Camporama postcard, and (4) the Camporama promotional DVD to any outpost who has chartered in the last two years. The outposts should receive this before LEAD2011.

As in years past, Camporama attendees will need to register with their district. The district will determine how best to register those attendees. Our office will once again provide the list of people who have registered to attend from your district to help you determine who has registered with your district and who has not. Our information will include text that indicates districts may charge additional fees for transportation and other district related costs.

RANGER BASICS

Ranger Basics has been revised and version 2 is now available on AGPassport to all currently certified instructors. There is a “Read Me” document included in the information to outline some of the key revisions and enhancements. Please start using this version for all Ranger Basics classes.

OUTPOST LEADER ADVANCEMENT LEVELS

As of January 1, 2011, the Outpost Leader Advancement Levels of the Rangers Ministry Academy has replaced the LTA training format. All training should reflect these changes. Anyone who had not completed the blue and gold LMA should transition to the new requirements so they can complete the Ready, Safety, Trained, and Advanced levels. Anyone who had completed all the LMA requirements by December 31, 2010, may use the LMA to Advanced Level transition ticket and application found on the national Royal Rangers web site.
