Events

The Oil City Chapter of the Izaak Walton League of America  hosts some great yearly events.  Youth Field Days helps introduce kids to the fun of Fishing, Shooting, and Archery.  Hunter-Trapper Education Course provided by the Pennsylvania Game Commission helps qualify all first time hunters for their hunting license.  We open our range for Public Sight-In days before hunting season.  We also host Cranberry School District for their Conservation Days.

The first upcoming event this year is not one hosted here, but one that we are involved in.
April 18th, 2009  Venango County Friends of the NRA Dinner
