Our Story...
In March of 2009 we started this gardening adventure. See pictures below (start at the bottom). We removed the sod, marked off 30 plots for families to grow food in. We put in water tanks and a fence, a flower plot, an herb plot, and compost bins. We also had classes on gardening, composting, cooking, canning & pickling, all open to the community. We have enjoyed plenty of tomatoes, peppers and lots of other treasures during these first two years of growing. We are looking forward to a new growing season this year, and expanding the garden!
