A: Contact Columbus State Community College. They have an excellent program. Their website is www.cscc.edu. Q: Where can i get information on learning sign language or taking a non-credit ASL class? A: There are two agencies that we are aware of that offer non-credit sign classes. (1) Columbus Speech & Hearing Center's Comprehensive Program for the Deaf. http://www.columbusspeech.org/deaf-services/cpd/asl/ (2) Deaf Services Center - Community Resource Dept. A: Deaf Services Center also maintains "a Community Event Calendar that posts local deaf and hard of hearing events for people to attend". The representative from DSC gave us this information, but said she needed to obtain permission from their Executive Director in order to allow us to list their website here.
