3 large garden tomatoes 1 cup of assorted herbs (chives, basil, oregano, thyme, and parsley all work well) ¼ cup white wine 1-2 tbsp sesame oil Salt and pepper, to taste
Slice the tomatoes into wedges. Mince the herbs and whisk together with white wine, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Combine with tomatoes and let macerate in refrigerator for 30 minutes, or serve immediately Recipe by Meagan McKeever |
