Joystick CW key

I've got two cool joysticks for my VIC-20 computer, but I don't need them both (as you may know, there is only one joystick port). So it occured to my mind that maybe I could convert the other one ("QuickShot II Turbo") into telegraph key.

The joystick has six switches inside. I connected them all in parallel and replaced the original connector with a 6.3mm plug.

The resulting CW key can be operated in many ways: pressing the fire buttons or tilting to any direction. Personally I like the sideswiper style movements most (as seen in the video clip below).
