Iambic pedals

Previously I have built a simple foot pedal CW key (see here). But when I came across this two-pedal device I realized it could be connected to my iambic keyer.

Inside view. The pedals operate these potentiometers.

I connected the pedal pots in parallel with my ordinary paddle. Some serial resistors were needed to get it working all right.
