Back scratcher CW key

If you are itching to send Morse code, or starting to learn CW from scratch, you might like to build yourself this kind of a telegraph key.

It is basically an ordinary back scratcher but I added a keying feature. A piece of veroboard was sawed like this. There are two new "fingers" to scratch with.

You can see a small gap between the solder in the center and the wire connected to the bending "fingers". (Click the picture to enlarge.) When they bend a keying contact is made.
