Title: Working Together as a Team (USA)

Market Segment: Web 2.0/Online

Type of Business: Other

Executive Summary: If the other half of everybody knew how easy it was to go on the internet, sales online would be booming. I propose a business start that would give everyone the option of getting online by working with the various companies and individuals who are in charge, from Obama on down, to get technology into the hands of ALL potential buyers. I would be the Technological Go To man and would provide the
 Product and  Service(s). I have been on Disability nearly 20 yrs. Why not put me on the Payroll? I could be the Government BBB Corporate Consumer TRUSTED ONE. (100)

 

Description of Product and / or Service: The Plan of the Millennium
I have been waiting long enough to see if someone came forward with an idea to get the NEW Technology into the hands of everyone who is a potential buyer before me. So far, it seems they have not perfected it enough or they want to HIDE it from people. Either way, I think that in an AGE of INFORMATION that that information should be provided. Whether they know what to do with it after that is where I come in. I can create the websites, I have 10 years of online and HTML experience, and will be attending an online school for that, too. See http://www.academy.edu/, where I have already applied for the Web Design online course. I have been getting my ideas stolen and trashed for years. It is time that the WIZARD gets his crown and his Intellectual Property rights back. I am an artist who can design anything needed for the web. I think I should have had center stage from DAY 1, but it is never too late UNTIL IT IS TOO LATE.
With Government backing and a Web Design TEAM working with the Technological GIANTS, like Microsoft, Mozilla, Dell, Apple, Nokia, etc., I could provide some of the most important shopping and tracking info ever compiled from a willing bunch of participants. Because all the companies I would be representing would already be making money from my unique service. Tracking could be built into the devices and depending on the buyers interests, affiliates could hop on board via apps and search engines. Because I am against pop-up advertising and companies selling to consumers via trickery. TRUST would be my biggest selling point. Any companies caught pre-checking items in shopping carts or using dead end purchasing, etc. would be severely reprimanded or barred from selling on my networks.
Also, I would be able to combine a more pleasurable experience around selling of items via Graphics and make the first internet highway, where people can travel down a virtual road with virtual stores and shops that companies would pay to get in on.
Since I have had 10 years of surfing on the net and seen a lot of what is on the horizon, I could be responsible enough to include all those unseen and unsung heroes of the web. Knowledge is power. (392)

 

Market Size / Potential / Opportunity: The market potential is only as limited as the number of people who already have the finances and/or access to live without our services and products. If I could make it worthwhile for the Government and online companies to band together to basically put a hand held in every Disabled person's hand - because that person now becomes a Net Consumer for instance. I would have a  corner of a market that previously never existed.
Due to my unique position in life, I have done and learned a lot of things. Make sure that you Google Bryan Klabunde to see just how busy I have been.
My audience would be every consumer right now who has not yet made that leap of faith onto the internet. By being a problem solver and trouble shooter all my life I have devised methods of gaining a winning strategy by eliminating doubt from a persons mind.
 I've had training and am self taught in sales, I was a Landlord for 8 years. I've been a Remodeling Contractor. I've had to get by on nothing almost. I've been a prisoner, painter, a piper, a bricklayer's helper. I already have a degree of occupational proficiency in Graphic Arts.  I am shooting for a Web Development degree and will have my hands on everything I need to do that via grants, loans, etc.
The cell phone companies would be my major competitors, however, I would make them my focus of affiliation from the very start.
With the advent of the Apple Iphone, Blackberry, etc. Persons who could not previously, due to limitations, disability, etc., with help can now access, communicate, see each other all over an internet protocol. Making this as necessary to some as an arm or a leg. I believe the Government should have to make this available to the disadvantaged.  (307)

Operating Plan: With the help I would get by being involved in this contest, not necessarily winning, just being noticed, I could capture the interest of every major company, influence, organization, etc.
I have had a lot of time to work at this and I am in the final stages of bringing my ideas to fruition. I have done most of the research, development, magic, sweat and tears related to bringing my art to market. AND I did it on a very tight budget. Sometimes without sleep for days, having to move around, giving up my own life; wants and needs, and without any willing participation by others.
So, getting to my goal now ought to be a piece of cake.
I have access to artists, a veritable mountain of local unemployed talent. A beautiful place for persons to live and work.
By bringing all my online work, stores, sites, into one place online via the Off The Hook Studio approach, I will be able to assemble talent, get ideas, fill in employees, etc., all from 3 websites.
Major missing pieces of the plan include - a direct connection to Washington D.C., Microsoft, major companies, and those things that I could obtain by winning this event. My only hope is that this does not work like trying to an art grant locally, because they expect you to fail your first attempt and I don't have it left in me to fail at ANYTHING anymore. I am getting worn thin. This could be a liability, but rather by my telling you, I hope it is an edge.
I will need money for TV advertising as this will be my main form of advertising.
I may not need $20,000 to get this thing off the ground (due to all the work I have done already for free and am still willing to put in), but I will need to recover some of my investment and money to pay for the school I chose, which is not cheap, but the only accredited school I have found that I could qualify for grants and funding for.  (350)
