For some of our services we have arrangements with the service provider to receive a commission, in which case there is no additional charge to you for our service.  You pay the same price as if you contacted them directly and independently, so our help to you in that area is free to you.

For more specialized consulting services, and if you want our personal assistance to help you solve a problem or other concern, our open rate is $150.00/hour, chargeable in increments of $500.00, which is our minimum retainer.

If you want us to assist you as a Buyer's Broker, to find you a home, business, commercial property, raw land, etc., we provide our personal services for a retainer of $5,000.00 or 10% of the amount we save you on the deal off the asking price, whichever is greater.  Remember, as a Buyer's Broker, we work for you, not for the seller, so we have your interests at heart  This is the opposite of the normal case where the real estate salesman or broker works for the seller's interests, and so does not feel obligated to disclose anything negative about the property.  In Costa Rica, the real estate business is unregulated, so you expose yourself to be eaten by the many sharks out there.  With our services, you have a substantial layer of protection from the sharks who want nothing more than to eat you for dinner.

We often get very busy during the high season, so reserve your time with us early to make sure we will be available to help you when you arrive.
