Once you join Oakleaf, we encourage you to get involved, have a voice in serving our community, and enjoy this duty station. Here are several ways you can get involved:

    Deployment Support - One of our main goals is to support the spouses of our deployed service members. If you are interested in participating in this group, let us know by e-mailing Kristi Glover at dagloverfam@gmail.com.

    Fundraising - We are passionate about giving back to our local military community, so we often organize unique fundraising events and projects. Let us know how you would like to serve in this important area (by contacting Amy Groetsch). 

    Hospitality - One of the important functions of our organization is to offer hands on support to those members in need, whether it be through deployment, an illness, a birth or death in the family, or simply to celebrate a birthday or special occasion. Please contact Judy Widergren directly if you or someone you know is in need of support.

    Events - We offer both ongoing events (through six special interest groups - Book Club, Craft Night, Dinner Club, Game Night, Lunch Bunch, Playgroup) and special events to keep things fun and meaningful throughout the year.
