We're happy to introduce online payment through PayPal this year. You can pay for dues and supplies using the forms below or send a check, made payable to the Oakhurst Elementary PTA - 175 Mead Road, Decatur GA 30030. Please include a listing of the items you are paying for, your name, student's name, grade and teacher (if known). - Parents and teachers are encouraged to join the PTA National Association. Dues are $4.50 per member.
- We're also collecting funds for school supplies. Every year we collect supply requests from teachers and order quality supplies for each student at a great cost saving. These supplies include all items your child will need for the entire school year. Supplies are $30/student.
- In addition to classroom supplies, please consider contributing an additional $5 for classroom maintenance and hygiene. Funds will be distributed directly to teachers for cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, tissue, etc. We hope this will keep further requests for classroom items to a minimum throughout the year.
- For students entering third grade there is a $5 fee for recorders. This only applies to third graders.
