2012 Subdivision Annual Dues are Due on March 31, 2012 Please note that the 2012 subdivision annual dues will be due on March 31 this year. The annual amount will remain the same at $75.00 and will go to cover the cost of maintenance and improvements throughout our subdivision for the year. The annual dues form will be mailed to your house with instruction on how to remit payment. If you do not receive you form by March 15th, please contact Dennis Nagy with Briden Management our subdivision management company and request your form. 2012 Subdivision Annual Meeting - 03.29.2012 @ 7:30 PM The 2012 annual subdivision meeting will take place at Sayre Elementary School on Thursday March 29th starting at 7:30 PM. Please join us to discuss any comments you may have regarding the subdivision, whether they be good or constructive comments. We will be discussing items for the upcoming year, the 2011 year-end budget as well as voting on three, two-year positions. If you're interested in running for the board please come to the meeting and introduce yourself - we'd be glad to have you on the team! Garage Sale Announcement - April 27th through the 29th Ready to clean out your homes a bit and get rid of some items you no longer need or have outgrown - what a better way to help move these items out than by participating in our annual garage sale. There are no permits required in order to participate. 2012 Household Hazardous Waste Days - Five days throughout 2012 The Recycling Authority of Southwest Oakland County (RRRASOC) has noted their Household Hazardous Recycling schedule for 2012. Please take advantage of these great stops to get rid of your hazardous waste. Friendly Reminder For Our Neighborhood Dog Owners ![]() Unfortunately, we have had several instances throughout the neighborhood of residents not cleaning up after their dogs. We are asking that you please take a renewed interest in cleaning up after your pets while walking throughout the subdivision.
