The New Zealand Speak Easy Association is a self-help organization for people who sometimes stutter or have recovered from stuttering. Its mission statement is: “Achieving fluency with confidence and support.”
As a member of the International Stuttering Association, it has links with stutterers in 40 other countries around he world.


News And Upcoming Events

The 2010 International Awareness Day is being held on 22nd of October this year. Wear the sea green ribbon as a mark of support, or visit www.stutterisa.org for more details.


The 2010 National Conference was held on the 14th and 15th May, and was a great success. The conference was well attended, the facilities excellent, and the keynote by Ian Grant was a particular highlight. Keep posted for pictures and a full report.
