The Northwest Arkansas Alumnae Chapter participates in many activities that benefit the Fraternity, the Community, the local collegiate chapter, and themselves. Some of these activities include:
- Ozark Race for the Cure & Survivor Breakfast
- Yoplait Save Lids to Save Lives Challenge
- Collect clothing for Women's Shelter and local children
- Pumpkin Carving with Epsilon for the Children's Shelter
- Zeta Day
- Finals Goodie Baskets for Epsilon Members Recruitment - Providing assistance during collegiate Recruitment week, providing recs when needed
- Welcoming the recent ZTA Graduates into the Alumnae worldby hosting a graduate dinner & initiation
