Mission Statement
The CATIA Operators Exchange of North Texas Regional Users Group is a non-profit local association of users of the Dassault/IBM suite of CATIA, DELMIA, and ENOVIA software applications, that seek to maximize the utility of these products in their respective businesses through periodic conferences consisting of presentations, demonstrations, dialogue, and hands-on workshops.
 
Code Of Conduct
In order that the CATIA Operators Exchange of North Texas (COEnt) Regional Users Group association may better achieve its objectives, the following Canons of Conduct are adopted and shall govern the conduct of all COEnt conference attendees in connection with all COEnt matters and activities:
  1. Must conduct themselves and their activities in a professional manner marked by integrity and a spirit of fair play.
  2. Must refrain from engaging in any activity, which would violate the proprietary rights of their employers, COEnt, or any other person or organization.
  3. Must abide by the By-Laws and policies of COEnt.
  4. All attendees must sign in and display a nametag at COEnt activities.
  5. Must not engage in sales activity, including direct or indirect solicitation, or conduct any other activity contrary to the purposes or policies of COEnt.
  6. Must not distribute any materials or post displays of any kind at COEnt activities without prior approval of the Governing Committee of COEnt.
  7. Must not use COEnt facilities or resources to engage in any form of personnel recruiting.
  8. Must not use the COEnt membership list or any part thereof except in the conduct of COEnt business as determined by the Governing Committee.
  9. Must restrict the use of COEnt documents and other data to the purposes defined by the COEnt Governing Committee or COEnt policies.
  10. Must act within the ethical guidelines established for U.S. Government suppliers.
