Alright. I've made the sign-up certificate thing or whatever you want to call it. For right now you will have to e-mail me and request the form. You must tell me your name (you can make it up if you are afraid I might steal you identity or something, I don't care) and I will send it to you. So if you want to sign-up, email me! What are you waiting for? Oh, by they way. This is what you will have to agree with if you wish to sign-up. I, __________, hereby pledge to skip, dance, or otherwise, frolic in the rain from this day forth with exceptions to situations that follow: Extremely inappropriate situations such as a funeral; when working; when you forget; are in a hurry; are not at all in the mood what so ever; are alone; or have another very good excuse. These exceptions are by no means binding and it is encouraged to skip even under these circumstances. It is required also to skip, dance, or otherwise frolic in the rain at least a little bit when you are in a group where at least one person is doing so. In addition, as members of the NSRS are to hold themselves in the highest esteem and encourage others to skip along with them to spread the joy!
