The National Skipping in the Rain Society exists to support those joyful individuals who enjoy skipping, dancing, and otherwise frolicking in the rain!  It is our objective to encourage others to skip in the rain and to do it ourselves.  Why?  Because if everyone skipped in the rain, the world would be a much better place and everyone would be happier!
