In this talk Nathan will explain what it takes to sail in one of the worlds most challenging and interesting offshore races, the Mini Transat, a single handed race from France to Brazil. 

Nathan is a Canadian sailor whose goal is to sail in the 2011 edition of the race.  He will explain more about the race, the boats, the humble beginnings of his campaign, his 1000nm qualification sail around the Bahamas, as well as what the next two years have in store for him.
