We offer women 50 years and above opportunities to improve their basketball skills and compete in 3 on 3 half-court basketball games and tournaments. Players range in age from 50-76 and live in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Players have opportunities to play on teams and compete in local and out-of-town 3 on 3 tournaments in their age group. Our teams are now playing in tournaments to qualify for the 2013 National Senior Games in Cleveland. Prior playing experience recommended.
 Friday Practice Schedule (by age group) 5:30pm - 6:45pm: 65+ and 70+ players
6:45pm - 8:00pm: 50+ and 60+ players (during May)
8:00pm - 9:15 pm: 55+ players (during May)

From Route 50, go north on Annandale Road. Turn right at first light into the James Lee Community Center parking lot. Sign in at the front desk. NOVA United rocks at the 2011 National Senior Games in Houston, TX!
Triple Threat (50+) and The Classics (70+) finished in the top eight teams.
Gold Mettle (55+) finished in 11th place and the Super Sixties (65+) took 10th place.

The Arlington Senior Women's Basketball Program is our first Affiliate Member!
Arlington County provides court time at the Langston Brown Community Center, 2121 N. Culpeper St., Arlington, VA 22207, for senior women basketball players (aged 50+) on Wednesdays from 7-9pm.
