Buddhist Meditation: Community of Interbeing -Nottingham

The Community of Interbeing - Nottingham, is a practice group (Sangha) in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, Zen Master and Peace Activist. We meet every Thursday evening at 7-15 pm in the upper room of High Pavement Chapel, the home of Nottingham Unitarians.

Our meetings are quite informal and usually follow the pattern of Sitting Meditation/Walking Meditation, a reading followed by Dharma Discussion. Members of the Sangha, when they feel confident enough, take turns at facilitating each part of the evening.

We also partricipate and organise regular Days of Mindfulness.
