If a performance is canceled or postponed due to weather or other causes, we will attempt to email and/or call who have made reservations in advance of the scheduled curtain time. Please do not call us by telephone in this situation. Instead, please visit our website where we will immediately post notice of any cancellation or postponement. Please understand that if a performance proceeds as scheduled, we are unable to refund your tickets if you do not attend.

Please do not at any time endanger yourself this winter, but do make plans to give yourself enough time to travel and park safely. We know that dedicated New England music fans will surmount the weather challenges we may soon encounter!
