Lets Gear UP!  Make sure you are wearing ALL the appropriated protective gear that comes along with your chosen activity.  For example, when playing T-Ball, Baseball, or Softball all batters should wear a batters helmet when they are batting and when they are running the bases.  Stay safe, and stay in the game!

Since it is getting warmer outside and you can have a chance to go outside and play, for every minute you spend playing video games or on the computer, spend the same amount of time outside.

We're baaaaaaaack!   Everyone needs to HOP back into their normal routines.  Having routines allows you to manage your time more efficiently which means you can get everything done that needs done.

If you are planning on playing a team sports this spring make sure you have all the proper equipment.  The proper equipment will allow you to stay in the game and reduce your chances of injury.
