Map of Campsites: See Attachments at bottom of this page NOTE: Just because you do not appear on this list does not mean your unit hasn't registered. It just means Kyle has not heard from you as to where you want to be placed. CHECK THE BIG MAP AT REGISTRATION BEFORE PUTTING ANY GEAR DOWN YOUR CAMPSITE MAY HAVE MOVED AT THE LAST MINUTE! If any of your unit has pre-registered, it should be listed below. However, until the commanding officer of your unit has contacted the Event Coordinator, your unit will not be assigned a campsite. This is done on a first come, first served basis, with bias towards those units that stayed the entire weekend the year before. Campsite # corresponds with the number on the Map of Sites above. Sites will be denoted by a wood stake with the number on it (and strung off if possible). When arriving on site, please check with Event Staff before driving any tent stakes! Underground facilities (electrical lines) exist throughout the museum and near many campsites. You may get the SHOCK of your life if you fail to get clearance first! Unit Commanders: If you do not see your unit assigned to a campsite, please contact the Event Coordinator to confirm your unit's placement! Only unit commanders or their designates may request sites or site swaps. Unit Commanders: On the Eventbrite registration please indicate the type, number, and size of any and all tents your unit plans on bringing to the event so that we may allocate space accordingly. Also please indicate the type and number of vehicles your unit plans on bringing. |
