Single Family Residential (Billed Every Two Months)
Discounts Residential customers who provide evidence of being sixty-two (62) years of age or older will qualify for a $2.00 discount per bimonthly billing, if they reside at the account address. Residential customers who qualify for and provide substantiation of total disability support will qualify for a discount, if they reside at the account address.
Government/Non-Profit+ (Billed Monthly)
(Includes federal, state, local, schools, churches, etc.)
Commercial-Heavy *+ (Billed Monthly)
(Includes businesses with a monthly average consumption of 100,000 gallons or more)
Commercial Light*+ (Billed Monthly)
(Includes, but not limited to apartments/multi family residential, office, small manufacturing, retail, service, home business, and wholsale customers)
*When more than one dwelling unit, distinct premise and/or commercial establishment are served by one water meter, there shall be an additional service charge of $6.00 per month for each additional dwelling unit, distinct premises and/or hotel/motel/sleeping room served.

Monthly Meter Charges
Deposits A $50.00 deposit is required for all new residential accounts. Customers who are homeowners and establish a satisfactory record of payment for a minimum period of eight quarters from the date of deposit may request a refund. Proof of ownership/purchase must be provided.
Service Charges + Labor & Equipment Schedule New 3/4" Residential Meter Charge Installed $200.00
A $40 service charge will be assessed to all customers who request to start service and within six (6) months request a discontinuance of account service.
A delinquent customer, shut off for nonpayment, must pay the appropriate service charge*, the total bill owing and a $50 deposit (unless previously provided) to reinstate service.
* $40 to turn on prior to 4:00 p.m. and $60.00 to turn on after 4:00 p.m. and on weekends.
Repair services required to meters/equipment for other than the ordinary cost of keeping meters and equipment in repair may be subject to charges and replacement costs.
