 North Park Field Day: Tuesday, May 15, 1:00 PM
   The Spartan Head Party was a lot of wet, wild fun!
  The second grade program, 'Possibilities', was a big hit. Thanks to Mrs. Vestal for making it all possible!
 The Moberly High Jazz band entertained North Park students
   Rick, a volunteer at a wildlife preserve, brought in some lizards, turtles, and snakes to share with our school. Mrs. Stoddard and Ms. Ogden really got up close and personal with some boa constrictors!
 These North Park kindergarten students won the academic award for April.

These North Park students won the Kiwanis Terrific Kid Award for April.
These North Park students won the specials award for April.  Mrs. Lorrie Egesdal, second grade teacher at North Park Elementary, was named the KPLA Golden Apple Award winner at the KPLA Apples for Teachers banquet on April 11, 2012. Mrs. Egesdal is shown with student, Darras Bell. Della and Darras Bell nominated Mrs. Egesdal for this honor. Mrs. Egesdal was one of ten finalists from the Columbia area. Lorrie won a $500 gift card to Anne's Teachers Store and More, a $250 check from Missouri Credit Union and a $200 American Express Gift Card from Sylvan Learning Center! The Moberly School District and its students are blessed to have dedicated teachers like Mrs. Egesdal teaching in their schools!  A few of the North Park students who got to ride in a limo for selling the most Super Saver Cards.
 North Park students got to take a rare trip to the basement during the statewide tornado drill.
