North Florida Soccer Officials Association is a local group of soccer officials organized and affiliated with the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA). NFSOA has over 100 registered members who officiate the majority of the high school soccer matches in Duval, Clay, Nassau and St. John's counties.
