 Our soaps contain 100% of the glycerin byproduct from our cold process soap method. Most commercial soap makers remove the glycerin that occurs naturally in soap, leaving behind a product that is harsh and drying to skin. Our soaps should not be confused with the clear glycerin soaps that are common on drug store shelves today. Clear soaps typically contain alcohol and other harsh chemicals. Clear soaps also tend to be quite soft and do not last through many repeated uses.  While store-bought soap
typically contains synthetic
fragrance, our soaps contain
nature's best
essential oils
for
scent. Essential oils are highly concentrated plant oils that have been extracted either by compression or steam distillation. They are so potent, that only a small quantity (sometimes just a few drops!) is needed to infuse soaps, lotions and creams with intoxicating aroma. Our soaps have been used extensively and with great success by adults and children of all skin types.
