Recognizing a career and technology program deficiency in western and north central North Dakota; Career & Technical Education began a pilot program to defray the start-up costs of two new Area Career and Technology Centers. These funds were awarded on a competivie basis according to the number of new programs and the number of new students participating in the programs.
