Nordstrom Construction & Remodeling is a family owned and operated company. Neal and Eric Nordstrom entered the housing market buying, remodeling, and selling homes. We specialized in homes that needed a lot of TLC including kitchens, baths, and restoring vintage style. We have experience selecting features and finishes to match the price range of the house and budget.


We adjusted to the change in the housing market and shifted our focus from “flipping” our own homes to preparing others’ homes for sale. With our experience preparing homes for sale we’ve developed a network of reliable subcontractors that we will coordinate with to complete your project.
