- Students are encouraged to use the library to study, complete homework, read or do research. They have access to the library during snack and lunch. They also have access to the library after school, Tuesdays through Thursdays. Students may come to the library during class with a library pass from the teacher.
- Treat all students, staff and materials with respect while in the library.
- The library is not to be used by students as a place for socializing. Those students who seek a less formal situation should find another place on campus where considerably greater freedom will be allowed.
- No food allowed in the library.
- Backpacks must be left in the designated area before entering the library.
- Before leaving the library, students are asked to return chairs to where they belong, pick up all papers, and make sure their work area is left neat and tidy. All books that were taken off the shelves should be put on the cart at the front of the room by the circulation desk.
- Students who remove library materials without checking them out properly will be considered stealing and dealt with by school administrative staff.
