Fellow Toastmasters,

Noontime Toastmasters welcomes you to join our new Mentoring Program.  The Mentoring Program will help you navigate the Toastmaster International organization by: 

·         Explaining the various parts of a Toastmaster meeting

·         Orienting you to club customs and procedures

·         Explaining how to sign up for the "Ice Breaker" or other speeches

·         Discussing speech ideas and offer suggestions

·         Listening to speeches and offering feedback

The following Noontime Toastmasters have volunteered to be mentors: Adrianne Arthur, Lindsay Crosby, Bill Stoffel, Cliff Martin, Doris Daniels-Fowler, Eloise Murphy and Phyllis Federowicz.

Please fill out the Development Worksheet in the attached Mentoring Program Guide (below - pdf), choose a mentor and schedule a meeting with your mentor.  We'd be happy to help you create your Toastmaster destiny.
