We are going to try something new meetings for RSVPing:   an online Google spreadsheet.

Below is a link to an online spreadsheet that shows the roles/attendance  for the next meeting.   Please click on the link to open the spreadsheet or paste the link into the address field in your browser.   A spreadsheet will open with a list of names and roles.

*** INSTRUCTIONS: Please type Yes or No next to your Name and hit "enter" to confirm that you can do your role or that you will attend.  
You can also write any comments in.  
 You can just close the browser when you are done (don’t have to save).

If you cannot make the meeting, please look at the spreadsheet to find available members you can email to try to fill your role.
