The conference will be held at the Hilton Lexington/Downtown Hotel. We have a block of rooms reserved there. There is also a block of rooms reserved for the participants of the conference in Residence Inn by Marriott, which is in the last stage of construction (it is to be completed by the end of August, 2010). This hotel is about 4 miles away from the Conference Hotel. There is public transportation between the hotel and the conference site. Taxi cabs are available, too. In addition, in the morning and after the sessions, we will arrange transportation between the two locations to alleviate inconvenience.

The rate for Hilton is $119/night (plus taxes and fees). The rooms for Marriott are about $135 (plus fees and taxes).

To reserve the hotel, please send us an email with the dates of arrival and departure. We will contact the hotel for you and, once the room is reserved, provide you with the confirmation number. The rooms in the Hilton will be assigned according to the order of requests. Once all of the rooms in Hilton are filled, we will start assigning participants to the Residence Inn.
