NOMADS
is creating a new theatrical project and you can help! We are
interviewing members of the Columbia/Barnard LGBTQ community to compile
coming out/experience stories and weave them into one theatrical work
for our spring season. Interviews will be held on an appointment basis

AUDITIONS FOR THE LONELY PLAY

Come
audition for NOMADS' production of The Lonely Play (a not-so-lonely
play) by Cassandra Adair (BC'12), a show about six lonely people whose
lives end up intertwining in unexpected ways. Bring a prepared
monologue; memorized recommended but not required. Sides from the play
will be provided. Production dates are November 17-19. Auditions will be
in Hamilton 401 on 10/3 and Hamilton 408 on 10/4. 8-10 PM.

This Sunday from 8-10 pm (and every Sunday after) in Lerner E-477 we
will be will be opening up, focusing our creativity, and workshopping new
plays. The night will be broken up into two sessions, the
first being an open mic night, where anyone can feel free to bring some
of their work! The second is a series of table readings from developing
works. Because of the nature of this event we are always looking for
actors, writers, and general theater fans to attend! If you're
looking to get some new eyes on your play, have some friends listen to a
new stand up routine, or even just hangout with some cool people, join us!
