The first 10 pictures, 0 through 10, are pictures of my property that is for sale. Picture number 1 is the entrance to the 375 foot curved lane that leads to the turn around/homesite. Pictures numbered 2 through 8 are sequence pictures going from the road to the homesite. Picture number 9 is the wood pile that goes with the property. The next three pictures are of the Pere Marquette River just a few miles away. This river has been on TV and is known for big-time trout and salmon by fishermen across America. Note the big boys swimming in picture number 11.

The next 4 pictures are me posing on the south side of my property. The property is behind me on the right side of the picture. These are spring, summer, fall, and winter pictures. Pictures numbered"16 through 20 are of the snowmobile trails located in the Baldwin area. These snowmobile trails lead east to Reed City on an abandoned railroad bed. Turn south at Reed City and you can ride the other abandoned railroad almost to Grand Rapids. All the rails and ties have been removed. You can also go north to the Mackinac Bridge on the snowmobile trails. There is a lot of riding in this northwest quadrant of Michigan. Pictures numbered 21 through 23 are at the public landing site on big star lake which is approximately 3 miles long from end to end. The property includes swimming rights to this lake and also Cecelia lake and Basford lake. Picture number 26 is the north country hiking trail. Parking for this trail is about 3 miles from the property. This is a real nature trail. No noise, cars, houses, just the wooded trail to really enjoy. Pictures numbered 25 through 28 are of crystal mountain ski resort. This full service ski resort offers a cafeteria. up scale dining, lodging, equipment rental, beginner's (bunny) hill, lessons, town house rental, indoor pool with a hot tub, cross country skiing, and much more. This ski resort is about 55 miles from the property. And don't forget the great views from the top of the mountain. The next 3 pictures are of the shrine of the pines about 2 miles south of Baldwin on M-37. This cabin and all the furniture is an absolute must see. All the furniture in the cabin was extremely and ornately hand carved from solid pieces of large wood! The dining room table alone was hand carved from a 700 pound tree trunk and in its entirety, believe it or not, is one solid piece! The last three pictures are of Caberfae ski resort. This ski resort is about 40 miles from the property. It is also about 20 miles from Cadillac. This ski resort offers ski and snowboard lessons, child care supervision so mom and dad can ski on their own. Cafeteria facilities, ski and snowboard rental. And don't forget the great views from the top of the mountain. If golfing is your sport there is a beautiful golf course about 2 miles from the property. It is the Marquette trails golf course. The golf course has many pine and oak trees along the fairways. And of course a 19th hole. Sorry no pictures available. There is a very nice bar/family restaurant across the street from the 19th hole. the food is very good.
