Join us for a day of fun at Townsend Ridge Country Club!  The North Middlesex Pop Warner Golf Tournament will be a fun-filled day of golf, dinner and dancing. 

Prizes will be awarded.  This includes a Closest to the Pin Challenge, a Long Drive Challenge for both men and women, a Casino Hole, a Putting Contest and a $10,000 cash Hole in One Challenge.  A raffle will be held after dinner. 

Golfers will play a scramble format and can sign up individually or to a specific foursome.  Only 100 spaces are available for golf.    Rental Clubs are available and can be reserved for $30 per set. 

Registration:  A separate registration form needs to be completed for each golfer.
