Silent Auction Information

Thank you for participating in the NM-MVH Silent Auction!
 
NOTE:  ONLINE BIDDING HAS NOW CLOSED!!!!
 
If you would like to place a proxy bid that will be held and exercised during the night of the Hunt Ball, please send your proxy bid information to Mike Moreland @ mmorelan@cisco.com prior to NOON on Saturday.  We will exercise your proxy in $5 increments up to your maximum bid amount in an effort to help you win the item if you can't be present yourself.
 


Silent Auction Information:
  • This is a representative list of some items that will be available the evening of the Hunt Ball.
  • Check back often as we will be adding new items as they are donated all week.
  • We will be taking bids at the Winter Blues Social at the Hunt Club Sunday, February 28th for interested parties.
  • Online bidding will close Thursday March 4th at Midnight EST to allow preparation and set up time for the Hunt Ball and continuation of the Auction.
  • Bids received online will become the starting bids for the actual Hunt Ball Silent Auction on that Saturday evening.  Winning bidders present the evening of the Hunt Ball will be required to check out with the cashier that evening.  Winning bidders that are not present will be notified via email the following week and will have 7 days to send in their payment(s). 
  • Items not paid by the March 15th deadline will be offered to the second highest bidder.
 
  • NOTE:  Bid prices do not update automatically, they will be updated by the Auction Administrators on a periodic basis.  Every effort is made to keep the highest bid prices current.  In the event that your bid does not exceed the current bid,  you will be notified via email if you have provided your email address on the bid form.
