Joining instructions

We are really looking forward to spending 6 days with you on the NLP Practitioner Course

Both days begin with registration and coffee at 9am and the training will begin at 9.30 am.

Lunch will be for an hour each day and we will be finishing at 5pm. Timings of lunch and breaks will vary each day. For some of the tasks / exercises you will have the option to find a comfy corner in a coffee shop in town, so bring coats, umbrellas etc sot hat you can head out for a walk in all weathers if you chose to do so.

We will take regular breaks throughout the day for refreshments. Tea, coffee and hot water will be provided. You are very welcome to bring your own supplies - you may prefer your own herbal tea for example.

You don’t need to bring anything with you except a couple of pens, your Diploma manual (if you have one) and a willingness to learn! All training materials will be provided, including a course manual and a free NLP book. The six days will be very interactive and you will be working with other course delegates to hone your NLP skills and practice using NLP tools and techniques.

There isn’t any advance reading or preparation that you need to do. However, the nature of the course and the tools you will be learning will provide you with several opportunities for personal development. You will be asked to consider issues or dilemmas that you are currently facing and there will be substantial work around setting goals and achieving them. It would be helpful if you could give this some thought before the course and have some ideas ready to work with. These can be personal or work-related. You will be working with other course delegates or participating in group discussion, which means that you should aim to choose issues or problems that aren’t confidential or too large in scale. Your goal can be as big or as small as you like, even potentially life-changing!

NLP with sheep - on Wednesday 23rd June we will be spending all morning under the guidance of Chris Farnsworth as we do some activities that invovle working with sheep. This will go ahead whatever the weather, so you may need to bring waterproofs and wellies (or something similar), plus a change of clothes for the afternoon. The good news is that the forecast is looking dry and mild! Please let us know if you have any medical conditions that will affect this activity.
