Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching for Team Leaders and First Line Managers introduces the key aspects of coaching in the workplace.

Level 3 Certificate for Professional Workplace Coaches is aimed at participants who will be significantly involved in workplace coaching – within an organisation or as a freelancer.

Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in Management  aims to provide practising managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as coaches or mentors as part of their normal work role.

Level 5 Diploma for Professional Management Coaches and Mentors is aimed at participants who will be significantly involved in management coaching/mentoring, within an organisation or as a freelancer.

Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring aims to provide practising senior leaders/managers (or those working in a training and development role) with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as coaches/mentors as part of their normal work role.

Level 7 Diploma for Professional Executive Coaches and Leadership Mentors is aimed at participants who will be significantly involved in executive coaching/leadership mentoring, within an organisation or more likely as a freelancer.
