NL&EA covers a large area which is comprised from both Chiltern and Eastern Regions of the Camping and Caravanning Club.
North London & Eastern Area MCS welcomes all types of unit to all our meets. A full list of meets can be found here or by clicking the Sites List link in the menu bar on the left. Booking is not normally required so you can
just turn up on the rally of your choice. You will need to show your membership
cards (one per adult) to the stewards who will then answer all your questions
regarding pitching, water, toilet disposal etc. Mains hook-up is not usually
available so you will be able to get your moneys worth from that expensive
leisure battery fitted to your motorhome and bring out your gas kettle. Life
without mains is not only possible but enjoyable. Do we have your e-mail address? Click here to add your name to our mailing list. We guarantee that your details will never be passed on and will only be used to inform you of meet details such as cancellations and start times. |

Another Bike/Van A few weeks ago I posted a picture of a camper on a bike that I thought might be of interest. Well it seems that many of our members consider themselves a bit too unfit to manage one of those so I've scoured the Internet for an alternative. This one is, to be honest, not quite so economical but should be a bit better than your current motorhome. If anyone would like advice on doing a conversion to their own van in a similar way I expect Martin Gladwell could help.I wonder if it still qualifies as a trike with 5 wheels?
