The RBF Document Package is a D.I.Y. tool kit for entrepreneurs and investors to model their investment and create the necessary agreements (presently under construction). The package is specially designed for cross border investments for high growth start-ups in emerging markets, but can be used for any investment, anywhere in the world. Although the agreements as a package might seem bulky, they are pretty comprehensive and mostly written in language any entrepreneur can understand. The package can be used for Loan, Equity or Royalty Based Finance or any combination thereof. The agreements are ready to use agreements which do need to be checked by legal specialists. The package is the result of a project, started by BiD Network Foundation with financial contributions from Hivos, FMO and Cofra.
