The "Gids Startkapitaal" is a 160 page guide for entrepreneurs new to the capital market. The guide is in Dutch and written (for 90%) by Nils de Witte. It contains tips and tricks on how to get your business started and how to get it funded. It also contains a basic equity investment agreement which is widely used by private investors and their advisers and a list of investors, funds and advisers who can be of value to the entrepreneurs.
