My name is Nikki, I am a training specialist with experience in the background screening industry. I have an instinctive ability to engage a listener and present complex ideas in an easily understandable format. I have experience assisting sales associates expand their product knowledge and helping customers implement a product into their process. I'm looking for a new position where my client relations skills can help a company gain and retain customers. I currently live in Alpharetta, GA. I am happily married to Wolf and we have 3 cats. Harley, Riannon Marie (Ria for short) and Maya.
______________________________ Some of my favorite hobbies are reading, crochet, and bellydance. I haven't danced as part of a troup in a many years, but I still enjoy it when my friends and I get together and when taking classes. The books I enjoy most are murder mysteries. I especially like Stuart Woods, Diane Mott Davidson and Lillian Jackson Braun's books. I also enjoy some Sci-Fi books but I like the ones that are more about magic and mythical creatures than the ones about spaceships and the future. I've reviewed some books in the Library. Crochet is one of my newer hobbies, I only started to learn in 2004. I enjoy making scarves and pet pillows and other things out of normal yarn, but I really like working with plastic grocery bags. I collect the bags I get when I go shopping, cut them into strips then loop the strips together to make a yarn and I crochet purses and tote bags from it. It makes for a very sturdy bag and it's even machine washable. If you want to see some, or maybe even buy one, you can see them in my Walk-in Closet and in my Craft Room. If you'd like to learn more about me, feel free to ask! _____________________________________________ In addition to my hobbies I like to support causes that I feel are important. I currently volunteer with Cats in the Cradle, a feline rescue group, in Alpharetta, GA. We hold adoptions at the PetSmart near NorthPoint mall. Check out their website by clicking here. Cats in the Cradle is a 501c3 non-profit organization so if you're looking for a chairty to donate to they would be a great choice! |
