I am an assistant professor of business information technology at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. My research examines the mechanisms and consequences of information systems innovation within and among organizations. My publications have appeared in MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Decision Support Systems, and Communications of the ACM, among others (cited more than 140 times - ISI). I am also a co-editor of Global E-Commerce: Impacts of National Environment and Policy (Cambridge University Press), which examines the global dimensions of IS innovation. |
