Preferences are chosen using a quick and easy step-driven selection process starting with whether the person wants tea or coffee.
Each step is progressively made based on the previous selection until all the required information is gathered.
An easy step-driven selection process:
Step 1. Enter the person's name and any optional Special Requests.
Step 2. Choose from Tea or Coffee.
Step 3. Choose from White or Black. If you chose White, then goto Step 4. If you chose Black, skip to Step 5.
Step 4. Choose from Full Cream or Low Fat milk.
Step 5. Choose from Sugar, Sweetener or No Sugar.
Step 6. If you chose Sugar or Sweetener, continue to Step 7. If you chose No Sugar, you are Done!
Step 7. Choose how many Sugars or Sweeteners from 0, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1, 2 or 3, and you are Done!
If you want to go back a step without starting again, just redo the previous step and you will be presented with all the choices again.
Cuppa-Time displays people's preferences on what is called the Master List, using easily recognisable images to represent these choices. Each person from the Master List can be selected individually to be added to a custom-made list called the Order. To quickly select or deselect large amounts of people, "Select All" and "Deselect All" buttons are provided. The Order is a read-only list containing the preferences of only those people selected from the Master List. At the bottom of the Order screen is the total number of tea's and coffee's required and also the total number of cups.
