12. Key qualifications:
· Ample training delivery experience: I delivered over 200 training days (1.200 training hours) in Romania and Bulgaria for more than 850 trainees from East-European non-profit sector on topics including training of trainers, capacity development, fund raising and (project) management. I am a joint author of a manual of management edited by the National Institute for Administration. Based on this manual I delivered training for more than 200 civil servants from different Romanian public institution from central and regional levels (ministries, agencies, public authorities). I am senior trainer of the Central and Eastern European Citizens Network.
· Experience in public procurement: as project manager in 2 PHARE funded projects I had to deal with procurement of goods, equipment and services.
· Consultancy and facilitation for institutional strengthening and organisational development of non-profit entities (NGOs, public administration institutions, schools etc): I conducted over 120 consultancy visits (480 hours) to more than 50 non-profit organisations/ institutions. Too, I facilitated training session as co-trainer for different experts.
· Project proposals apprising: 25 community social services projects apprised at desk and 5 in the field;
· Tender evaluation: as project manager in 2 PHARE projects (Creating a Network of Rural Organisations in Oltenia and SMEs Cross Border Business Centre) I organised and evaluated tenders for goods, equipments and services in value of over 50.000 Euro.
· Project co-ordination and implementation: I have participated at the implementation of 16 projects in last 5 years (at 3 of these as co-ordinator). Most of them where financed or run by international organisations.
· Project proposals design: I participated as member in the planning teams at the design of more than 15 projects for non-profits, funded with over 450.000 Euro.
· Consultancy and technical assistance in project design and implementation: over 40 projects assisted
· Online group facilitation: I have participated as facilitator at the virtual seminar “e-prof”, in the frame of a “Erasmus” project run by Ludwig-Maximillians-Universitat Munchen and Universitatea Babes-Bolyai Cluj-Napoca (RO)
