Nick Duran is a Doctoral Candidate in Experimental Psychology (Cognitive Program) at the University of Memphis. He works primarily with Dr. Rick Dale in the Cognition and Integrated Action Lab and with Dr. Danielle McNamara in the Cognitive Science and Educational Practices Lab. His research interests include: language use and representation, natural language processing, nonlinear dynamics, cognition and action, and deception. Nick holds a Masters in Experimental Psychology from the University of Memphis and a B.A. in General Psychology (Psycholinguistics Emphasis) from the University of California, Riverside.
