Want to join PTA?  It's as easy as 1-2-3.

 

1) Print the attached membership form.

 

2) Fill out the form and include $5 per membership (cash or check written to Nickajack PTA).

 

3) Slip your form and payment in a PTA envelope (located by the front office above the black box) and place your envelope in the black box!

 

In 2-3 weeks you will receive your membership card(s).
